We offer 30 days free refunds. Just email support@pulpoleash.com and we will sort you out :)

If you spot any fundamental design or quality flaws in the product, we are happy to hear about the feedback and offer a refund without you needing to ship the product back. If you simply don't enjoy the product, you can pay for the shipping costs to return your item. 

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and credit applied via the original method of payment. This typically takes up to 48 hours based on your method of payment.
