How do I get in touch?

How much is shipping?

Free when ordering two or more products! And a $4.99 flat rate when ordering one. 

 

Do you ship to me?

We ship to most countries! So find your country at checkout.  

 

When will my product arrive?

Shipping will typically take 5 to 16 business days. Due to COVID-19, there might be delays in shipment times, we apologise for this inconvenience!

 

Will Pulpo fit my phone?

Yes! Pulpo fits all smartphones, with or without case. It fits the biggest (6.8”) and smallest (3.5”) model on the market, so anything in between would fit perfectly.

 

Will the product block my camera?

No, for cameras that are located at the corners of the phone. Yes, for centered position cameras. The product is not suitable for center positioned cameras as the silicone strap will block cameras. 

 

Is Pulpo waterproof?

Yes, you can bring your Pulpo in for a dip (if your phone is waterproof). If the water is salty, rinse the product off with fresh water and let it dry off after use.

 

What if I want to cancel or change my order?

You have 24 hours to do so! Email us at support@pulpo.com. If we have already shipped out the product, you will have you return it yourself.

 

What if I am not happy with product?

We offer a 30 day trial period! If for whatever reason you discover that the Pulpo is not your jam, we offer full refunds if you start the refund process within 30 days. Shoot us an email at support@pulpo.com

 

Is Pulpo guaranteed?

Pulpo Limited warranty obligations for the product you have just purchased (the "Product") are limited to the terms set forth in this document. Pulpo Limited warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Pulpo Limited within the Warranty Period, at its option, Pulpo Limited will repair the Product or exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent new product. Pulpo Limited warrants repaired Products and replacement products provided hereunder against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the repair or replacement for ninety (90) days or, if longer, for the remainder of the Warranty Period. 

 

What if I break or lose my smartphone while using Pulpo?

Unfortunately we are not responsible for any damages to your smartphone while using Pulpo. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulpo Limited is not under any circumstances responsible for direct, or for special, incidental or consequential loss or damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including without limitation any costs of replacing personal property, or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in a device used with the Pulpo Limited product.

 

Consumer Protection

For consumers who have the benefit of consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, that cannot be disclaimed as set forth above ("consumer laws"), the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer laws. To the extent that liability under such consumer laws may be limited, Pulpo Limited liability is limited, at its sole option, to replacement or repair of the product.
